Following the success of the "Night Vibes Hong Kong" campaign in 2023, the Home Affairs Department and District Councils jointly launched the "Day x Night Vibes@18 Districts" in 2024, rolling out an array of activities with district characteristics and traditional cultural connotations across the city. This is the Night Dragon Parade@Eastern District, featuring a 328-metre luminous dragon, which took place on Shau Kei Wan Main Street East in May.
