The elevated deck offers three plazas: Garden Plaza, Lawn Plaza and Fountain Plaza, each featuring unique themes. Gardens with 80 species of trees and shrubs and sidewalks lined with plants that change colour with the seasons enhance the attractiveness of the place. Other highlights include lookout galleries offering spectacular views of Victoria Harbour, a water play area, and a multi-purpose amphitheatre for cultural and recreational activities. The project is part of the Kai Tak facelift.
