Papercraft master Ha Chung-kin led a team of volunteers, inmates and their families, as well as teachers and students from the Mainland to create the world's largest hanging lantern. Featuring designs that combine Chinese and Western elements to reflect the city's East-West cultural heritage, the lantern is on show at Statue Square until October 25.
